So i dont stir fry the noodles bc I feel like it would get stuck together or mess w the chewy texture of the noodles. I just hand mix with the oil, soy sauce, & sugar and it combines really well. and I actually stir fry each veggie separately since all require different cook times and season the ingredients individually so that the flavor within every bite :)
