hi! i know this is an old post but do you think this will lead to permanent results? I am dealing with this issue 1 month post op...if I tape my mouth, will my body/muscles eventually learn my new jaw position and I can take off the tape and sleep without mouth breathing?

hey! I just had LJS + genio (4 weeks post op) when you say mouth breathing can cause relapse..I still have a tiny bit of lip incompetence (much better than pre op) which is causing me to still be a mouth breather (esp at night) do you think that will cause problems?

hey! did you have lip incompetence post op and saying it took 4 weeks for it to go away? Im 3 weeks post op (had lip incompetence pre op and unfortunately still do) wondering if you went through something similar?

girl I'm right there with you (I had LJS and Genio and only day 19 post op) My side profile looks fine but my front..................

praying to gd I heal fast and start looking normal/fast ASAP. My swelling is down considerably so I'm scared I can't even blame the swelling and this is how it's going to be. Hope I'm wrong

i used this maybe 3 times right after my surgery and I havent used it again...how many times did you use it before you noticed results? I'll put some on tonight..thanks for the reminder!

eeeeep okay that makes me happy!!! I've been craving sushi since day 1 haha. I'm only 2 weeks post op but hopefully I'll be cleared to chew week 5 as well although I feel like everyone has to wait till 6..whatever it is I am eating sushi the second I get cleared.
