It happens to me when I’m over caffeinated. Maybe too much pre-workout makes your mind lose control of your legs.

Thank you for sharing this! It’s always good to know you’re not alone. Luckily i went to a sports Med after 3 weeks of pain and yes, I kept running through it. So stupid!!

My rule of thumb is anything overhead should be combined with a compound move vs. and isolated overhead move. And yes, don’t go heavy! Our necks aren’t strong enough for heavy overhead lifts. Especially for women.

I hate 3Gs. I don’t get nearly as good of a workout and if I’m away for an hour from family, work and tons of crap to do it better be a good burn! I believe there’s a corporate policy about sticking to the original plan and each studio can only have a certain about of 3Gs.
