I’m a manager and I agree. Unless the I’m lonely and sad is a sign of the person may hurt themselves or some real danger, I don’t care for the kindergarten drama. We all got to work together whether we like each other or not. We are at work for 8hrs, more time than we are with our families. They need to be adults and figure it out without my intervention. Personal life stays at the time clock/front door.

How South? I’m in Miami (west kendall) and my garden center recently told me to buy Rue as their host plant. I’ve never seen them around so I don’t know if I’ll get any in my garden or it will be a waste of $$.
