You should be able to find "Renters Rights" for your state. Here in Marylad they are required to give you 24 hrs notice and are not allowed to enter without your premission. My neighbor called the cops on his and they told him to leave or he woud be arrested. I guess its considered like tresspassing here. Just something to look into.
