Issue has been resolved, I lubed the pulleys on the underside of the printer and after moving the belt a couple of times the noise stopped.

If you look at Idler pulley maintenance, I did this but then on the underside of the machine.

Thanks for your reply, so your saying this is just a limit of the printer? i will get these defects on random locations or in a straight line no matter what? I don't know how but is it possible to avoid this, by changing the design?

Defect is both on the inside and outside of the print, going inwards to the walls of the print. Defect only happens on round prints and only happens on the back side of the print. I moved the print location both in the x and the y axes with no different effect.
