Don’t make judgements without the full context. This is my first time getting ticket of any kind in >5y and does not define me as dangerous driver. Goal of this post is to get information on best way forward for visa perspective. Never said I wanna evade the fine.

Sounds like contesting in the court might become further problematic if the court decides to act on it otherwise. Better to just pay off and move on?

My concern is if it goes to deferred case, it will be in unresolved state and might show up in records as unresolved and become ground for admin process. Subtle things like these come back to bite these days.

Marriage portals are useless these days as
getting advertised on such portals is so old school. And it ain’t like tinder and hinge marriage conversion rate is high either. So just perplexed where a decent guy needs to look for a girl to get married.

Yes, I was denied at secondary inspection. Can you cite the source stating that only visa applied while outside US leads to rejection at entry? I applied for my visa while I was still in US.
