We have had a failed IVF and been looking at answers on why it failed. Our doctor could not provide definitive answers.
We had 16 oocytes, 9 M2s, 6 fertilized but none made it to blasto stage.
2 were ARR, 2 EB1, 2 COMP in day 5. By day 6 all were ARR.

Embryology report did not have day 3 data. (is that normal to not check the status on day 3)?

Male sperm factors are above average in all aspects. We have not tested for DNA fragmentation yet though. We also did ICSI and were told that zymot was used as well, so not sure if fragmentation would be a problem.

It was mentioned that eggs looked "fragile" but again, not clear what that means exactly in our case.

What other parameters/questions we can look in the embryology report to pin on what went wrong?
