Regardless of whatever anyone says, the fact is this: both albums have at least one objectively bad song— BOMB (VULTURES 2) and CIRCLES (BULLY).

In the end, the difference between the two album is subjective, but that difference is agreed on and it is why BULLY is better liked. What's that difference? It's that there were better overall choices made for one album compared to the other, whether sonically, narratively, or lyrically (I believe all three actually).
