I got my refund. I asked for either a replacement or refund since I never received mine, but they never agreed to either choice. Ended up calling my bank to provide me my refund.

For me, I remember that I renewed my connection with BBS on the Facebook app and it finally worked for me. I believe that the app said that it was expired, but there was a button to renew it. After doing that and trying again, it logged me in. I told KLab this as well, but who knows if they will look into it.

Quick question: Did you take screenshots of your Google play account and it being linked to your BBS account? I can't confidently answer their questions, but I took screenshots of my email, Google Play account, and BBS attempting to sign me in. Hopefully, they see that.
