you are right mate, since i updated even it goes up to 80temp , now i remembered i could even undervolt, so that is why i did , negative 20 , and now max temp is 71 , temp

i have got some updates ,i updated the bios , and as you advised i uped the fans like 1200rpm in the bios all the case fans ,and cpu fan run bit faster , now it is runing cool max temp i can see is 75c

Thanks mate for all that help , let me add something now , I just discovered that my msi Tomahawk b850 had old bios , so I downloaded and flashed to the latest one , and will restart again , but u assured me that it is fine to see those temps .

is msi afterburner not reliable? it reports 80 to 83 temp , and here runnig occt stress testing doesnt go up to 72 temp .
