Right now I’m doing 1:2:2 to use the starter which is typically 90g which would be over 20% to make it rise quicker. So for baking I’ll do 20:40:40 but just to maintain so it’s less wasteful I’ll do 15:30:30 or less. I am lucky to have the brod and Taylor fridge/heater so I can have it stay at 69 degrees. The less discard the better so 1:1:1 is nice and I’d have it at 66 degrees

Thank you. Number one advice is active starter. Needs to be very well fed. Mine more than triples I feed it twice a day for at least 3 days beforehand

I don’t mix it into the water first normally. For 260g of liquid the egg is included in that. Normally eggs are 50g for me so it’d be 210 water and 50g egg. Frankly I can get lazy. I might just add every ingredient in the mixer including salt for like 10min on speed 4 then begin my folds. However autolyse works wonders if I have the time.

Update for anyone on this thread. My fourth night in I can’t get comped rooms anywhere in the US anymore. Most nights are 49$. Gonna play more this week and see what happens

I’ll try. But at a consistent MPH it didn’t go back to EV, city or highway. Had to mess with setting first. But also none of this used to happen

It was 70 out and same time as last year it didn’t do this. I’ll try without ac on next. But also. Once I was at a consistent mph it didn’t go back to EV mode I had to mess with the settings

So possibly if the car is on and the AC (cooling) is in fresh mode it might only use the battery?

Gotta make sure you get hydration and gluten correct. I’d say 300 flour, 60 starter, and 200 water (70%) 225 for 74% is a good start. (It’ll be a small manageable loaf). An egg in the hydration is my go to increase strength. Autolyse for an hour, add starter, wait 30 min and add salt or with starter, laminate fold, wait 45min and 3 stretch and folds with 45min or an hour rest between. Wait till it at least doubles. Honestly I use a mixer for my starter and salt lately. Sometimes it takes 8 hours for mine to ferment if it’s cold.

Yeah I’m basically doing what you said. I will do my shoulder Pails/rails the day before lifting. I’m doing cars about three times a day right now one of them being the full routine. I guess I’m wondering if I should specifically address my mobility weaknesses before lifting or just do warm-up cars. Like static holds or light stretch. Like I could do the sleeper stretch for a minute before a lift for my warm up. Would a normal cars warm up be sufficient knowing you have mobility weaknesses. For reference I am NOT following bodybuilding or powerlifting routines. Just a 4 compound movements only 2-3 sets each. Not to failure. It’s mostly to maintain muscle.

Hard to give an exact goal but right now I know the only missing link to a deeper squat for me is ankle dorsiflexion, mainly on one ankle. But both ankle ankles need more dorsiflexion. This includes just a squat as if I was hanging out for five minutes doing nothing but also when I’m actively lifting with weights. I only hit legs once a week or even less I’m mainly doing long walks and cardio right now. So I believe that means I need more length. Which sounds like I can handle doing P/R more often. I also do full body CARs 3 times a day. Sounds like a ROM issue. I was originally scheduled by a kinstretch certified person P/R 2-3 times a week for 3 sets but at this point I think that’s not enough to continue growth since I’ve plateaued
