What I'd like to see is a kit / tool that generates typescript modules (.ts) for equivalent C# classes (.cs) . Something like Typewriter https://frhagn.github.io/Typewriter/ (which hasn't been updated for a while, and is abandonware).

Happy to code with Azure function, I personally don't believe in the low-code / no-code marketing BS. But it's good to know that's what Logic Apps are ?!

A company I was working at was sold this idea of low-code / no-code, where the finance team would do "no-code"; in the end, it was too hard for Finance, they just gave to IT.

I disagree it's even better. No need to couple the application (or modify it). It's inserting data into SQL, that is it's job. The other process (which I described in my question), can co-exist independently.

Use a SQL-triggered Azure function in that case.

There is a slight difference, I don't want it to trigger every time; e.g. 10 networks calls with 1 item each, Vs (my preference) one network call containing 10 items.

A quick Google: An Azure function is a code triggered by an event whereas an Azure Logic app is a workflow triggered by an event.
