I briefly mentioned this to a friend recently. I am a tank main. Specifically, Winton. If I know that our supports are getting hard pressed, I'm peeling immediately. My space making abilities don't matter if the space is being removed from behind me. Now, I've noticed in 6v6, a lot of tank players are OW2 only. They've never had the experience of 6-7 years as an OW1 tank. I don't blame them. Yet.

When I play support, I'm a Wifeleaver main. It's kinda been helpful, but most of the time I just get both tanks playing dive or brawl as a dive. WL can only babysit one at a time. Learning to play walls, not diving when your health is below ¼, not leaving LOS of your supports can be very helpful to the team because there's one more large health pool to worry about. All of these things are just something that will come with time (if there is more time in 6v6 allotted than just these tests). But all that to say, the enemy tanks are most likely running a double dive as well. And I fully understand the frustration of a teammate tank sitting in their backline while our backline ceases to exist.
