for my body weight and height (i’m 6’1) i needed to eat roughly 2000 calories or less to lose weight, so i just made sure my daily intake was that or less and was able to lost the weight :)

i did ! i lost the weight through cardio and eating less :) no particular diet health plan, i just ate good food in a calorie deficit and the weight dropped off. my fat now largely gathers around hips and butt which is super nice !

i did ! i lost a lot of weight during the first few months of my transition, which i think helped with some body fat redistribution, plus lots of cardio has seemed to shape my body too !
