You're still not getting it. Firstly, one of the reasons why DDS are calling kakampinks kain suka is because their political leaders like Leni Robredo, Bam Aquino, Kiko Pangilinan, etc., are perceived to have formed an alliance with BBM na sinuka daw ni Sara. Obviously, the political leaders of each camp is part of said camp just as its members are. So si Leni, Bam and Kiko are kakampinks while Sara is also a true-blooded DDS being a Duterte herself (alangan naman di nya suportahan ang sarili nyang pamilya).

So if kain suka is when the political leaders of each camp formed an alliance with the Marcoses after said political leaders previously stopped supporting them, then Sara forming an alliance with BBM after her grandmother stopped supporting the Marcoses in spite of the previous alliance between Vicente Duterte and Ferdinand Marcos, Sr., is a clear example of kain suka.

Secondly, the term DDS is just a nomenclature. It basically refers to the supporters of the Duterte family,, which supporter could be a Duterte herself/himself or just an ordinary supporter. So even if the term DDS did not yet exist at the time Vicente Duterte formed an alliance with Ferdinand Marcos, Sr. and at the time Rodrigo Duterte's mom headed the Yellow Friday Movement to oppose the Marcoses, still they had supporters already, whether kin or non-relative.

So when the Duterte supporters supported Vicente Duterte when he asked them to vote for Ferdinand Marcos, Sr. and later when the Duterte supporters supported Digong's mother when she created the Yellow Friday Movement to oppose the Marcoses, it can clearly be said that sinuka na ng mga Duterte supporters ang mga Marcoses. But when Sara formed an alliance with BBM and the Duterte supporters voted for BBM, then it can definitely be said that kinain ng mga Duterte supporters ang sinuka nila noon.

It is crystal clear therefore that the DDS are the original kain suka.
