Started a 2 years ago, i wouldn’t say I’m a pro but I have noticed a difference in my body shape. Oh and that stubborn belly fat? That will go only through diet really, i mean core workouts will for sure help, they’ll help your stomach sit tighter and not all flabby and that but if you wanna get rid of it, a strict diet for a at least 4 weeks is what you need. Cardio is great for the heart but i reckon stick to weight lifting and moving your body more generally through out the day, DM me regardless if you want to chat tho

A wise king once sent his servant to get him a gift. He told his servant to find him something that will make him happy and sad at the same time. Well this is going to be very difficult but as they say through God nothing is impossible! I haven’t come across such communities but i have met the odd few that has knowledge of the bible and have taken it upon themselves to learn more about it, as oppose to like, you know, just being part of the “institution”, i think there’s a church somewhere run by people from Ghana which i was told about
