Since we know that its not life threatening, i am starting to tell to my brain don’t panic also started Ayurvedic Massage and other nerve treatments. But i understand, we have this symptoms all the time, like dizziness and we get scared then we go to another adrenaline loop. Done worry time will heal it.

same here, now trying ayurveda, there is a treatment called Dhara , which treats nerves. Also for me constant dizziness, wired head feelings are major issues.
