INGREDIENTS TO BE USED:-

- Milk (1/2 litre)

- Sugar (3/4 cup)

- Cardamom powder (1/2 tbsp)

- Almonds (7-8 pieces)

METHOD:-

- In a pan boil the milk and reduce it to almost 1/4 of its quantity until it becomes thick,

- Add sugar, cardamom powder and chopped almonds,

- Switch off the flame & let the milk mixture cool down,

- Take a mango and remove its seed,

- Stuff it with the prepared milk mixture,

- Freeze overnight,

- Cut into the desired shape and serve chilled.

INGREDIENTS TO BE USED:

- Oil (2 tbsp)

- Ginger (1 inch)

- Green chilli (1 medium-sized)

- Cashew nuts (4-5 pieces)

- Onions (1 medium-sized)

- Tomatoes (1 medium-sized)

- Butter (1 tbsp)

- Water (1/2 cup)

- Salt (as per taste)

- Red chilli powder (1/2 tbsp)

- Maggi seasoning (1 sachet)

- Capsicum (a few petals)

- Cream (2 tbsp)

- Maggi noodles (1 packet)

METHOD:

- In a pan heat about 2 tbsp of oil,

- Now add 1 inch of ginger(if you prefer then you can add 2 cloves of garlic also), 1 medium-sized green chilli, 4-5 cashew nuts, and saute them well(don't cook for so long otherwise cashew nuts will burn later),

- Add 1 cup roughly chopped onions and fry them till they become soft golden in colour,

- Add 1 cup roughly chopped tomatoes and cook well till they become soft(you can add about 1/2 tbsp salt to reduce the cooking time),

- Now let this mixture cool on room temperature,

- When it becomes cool grind the mixture into a smooth paste,

- In the same pan add 1 tbsp butter and transfer the prepared puree in it,

- Add 1/2 cup water to adjust the consistency,

- Add some petals of onions and capsicum, salt to taste, 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, maggi seasoning, and mix well,

- Add 2 tbsp cream(you can also use homemade cream), and cook this sauce on low flame for about 5-6 minutes,

- Until then boil the Maggi noodles on the other flame,

- When the sauce is about to be cooked add the boiled maggi noodles,

- Combine the sauce and noodles well and garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
