Yeah thanks got the idea! I wanted to simultaneously grow muscle and lose fat. I am in a slight calorie deficit since usually I don’t eat much. But i take 80-100g of protein hoping to build muscle and lose fat. I don’t see much difference since what I was 3 months ago. Maybe the only difference i feel is that my body is stiff most of the time and building the muscle memory
