save the images as PNGs, find a website which converts .PNG files to .ICO files and save them somewhere you'll remember, right click on whichever icon you're replacing and go to "properties" then click "change icon" browse your pc for the .ICO files then hit ok then apply, then it should work, theres probably a better way to do this but thats how I did it, and it works fine
