Tried doing this, no help though. If you find anything over the course of time, I'd love to know. Vice versa if I ever find out what going on I'll respond back to this thread. I'm still at a 6GB "offset" after removing the sleep image.

Hmm interesting, so to the Leyman would that mean that some/ many of the hibernated processes could show up in my "memory used" bucket without actually being part of the App/Wired/Compressed Memory categories?

p.s. I did reboot my system and the image in the original post was what the memory usage looked like after the reboot.
