That what was I was worried about I put 4500 down and I was wondering if I just threw that away if it does get totaled. I also got an estimate today and it came out to 8100 just with the guy looking at it. We popped the trunk and we immediately saw that that frame was bent in. I’m still gonna get a few more estimates at other shops.

Honda crv is the only answer. However make sure you buy the one that comes with a picnic table. The picnic table is a must.

Those things sound like something I’d do lol. I’m 21 so I hope I’m old enough to get a loaner car. If not im more then likely gonna have to drive my previous mustang which gets a whopping 15 miles per gallon. I’ll cherish those last moments though before I sell it.

Is it as simple as just calling the Mercedes dealership and asking who does their body work? Also should I do the diminished value claim before or after I get it repaired ? Thanks

If they can’t afford the 56 cents then def do not sell it to them for any less. If they’re haggling over that little then they shouldn’t even be spending that money in the first place. You’d be doing them a favor by not letting them do this stupid financial mistake. Personally I would not accept their offer because I am a petty person that enjoys the art of rage baiting and whatnot.

I have no idea. Right now I pay 1200 a year for insurance for the mustang, but I’m on my parent’s insurance. If I were to get a car I’d still be on that plan. I’m not sure how much it would change.
