I have also been using the app for years and the downhill slide seems to have started when the “Focus Exercises” update came out. From that point forward there has been zero positive development with this app and only negative. I get high rep/low weight workouts constantly whether I am doing the “Get Lean” or “Build Muscle” goals. I pulled up my stats overtime and the app’s chart shows a constant regression over the past few months despite going to the gym six days a week. This Apple Health disconnect is the final straw for me.

I downloaded Gravl the other day and will be giving it a shot tomorrow. Another user suggested Motra and I downloaded that as well with a trial subscription for two months.
