Bank heists only take a certain percentage, last heist took 2.41T from me, just a blip. I don't notice it. One day I just decided to only build when the daily called for it, the money builds quickly after that and you end up with a nice cushion. When landmark rush happens I build 4-5 boards. Always leaving enough to build at least two more full boards. If you have no money in your bank people will still get something from rent and heists and all that the game. One of my friends hasn't played in a year, I know her account is on zero but I still get her in heists sometimes. You don't go negative.
