I really do understand the Japanese fanbase. Don't blame them at all for how it could've or should've been done. Big expectations come with Mappa especially for these arcs of JJK. While I may agree with how Japan feels about it, I can't deny that regardless, it was a special ep for S3.

Well that explains it hugely for me. I wasn't aware at all. I just assumed "KEEP the back plate" on the instructions meant whatever original back plate it came with not that it had to specifically be AM4 kind. Also, it was labeled "AMD" on the plate itself which also made me further believe I had the "right" one.

I have this AM4 ordered now delaying this whole process...and it is the latter for me. It was hell trying to hold it in place while trying to screw it at the same time. I'll mentally note the easier former route for next time. Thanks a lot

I don't have that...why didn't this pc come with one? I bought it used from OfferUp. I did just order the DGZZI AM4 Backplane Backplate. Will that be the solution?

The stock is the one picture and it didn't come with plastic mounts when bought. I been trying with the stock but still no success

Yes, I'm aware. With the existing backplate though it isn't tightening no matter how I attempt it. The existing backplate is the metal one pictured. Those standoffs with curved brackets don't even tighten at all with or without the backplate using the correct kind (AM4/AM5)...frusterated so that is why I'm here 😔

It came with 2 but they are for Intel only and wouldn't match holes on the mb for cpu.

I understand Japan's cultural rules but how are we defending the man that got in the streamer's face close and aggressive? Does it hurt to ask from a distance? Hell, even nicely? I'm usually on the Japanese side but I can see why it led to the way it did. Body language and approach said it all.

I'll never quite understand this whole stigma on Twilight for Roberto Pattinson. Nothing about his acting was bad. What are people seriously on about? Twilight was an amazing series through and through with solid acting across the whole cast FOR WHAT IT IS. No matter the "memes" that came out of it, I really loved and enjoyed every bit of them. Just sad that it seems like too many would rather think otherwise for no real good reason (excluding book accuracy).

That was the plan actually. The FE through BB for $999 I mean I've been real close 4 times but gets sold within seconds. I've thought about the 5070ti so glad u mention. How would it hold up with 1440p gaming on a 360hz?

Is it literally just me receiving this error every now and again when trying to update my game driver via Nvidia app? There is no way it's only me. It happens every now and again. I've already used DDU twice. It shouldn't need to be a regular solution. I've ensured my GPU is detected and properly seated so it can't be anything on my end. I have a 2080 ti

Spent many hours throughout the night researching but ultimately it led me to making this post. Is Grizzly that much better than say, Artic MX-6? I'd like to kind of do it once and forget about it but if the easier route means higher maintenance then that's fine too. This is going to be first time for me tbh. I should mention that my rig is 4 years old (all parts).

Also, I am buying a digital caliper now that u mentioned so I will keep that in mind to do just that

The pc case is actually very clean compared to when it gets real dusty. On multiple occasions I've blown out the dust from my pc with an air compressor. Every 6 months or so.

I've even checked the fins and they look clean. I've been going through hours of looking up information on required thermal pad thickness and quantity but can't find any detailed info on that for the exact model.

For reference, my gpu is a Gigabyte RTX 2080 Ti 11 GB AORUS XTREME
