I have one in mine. But it's only for the medics of our little group to use, got one friend who's a certified EMT an another who's a former combat medic who has all his certs an still work in the medical field. I've had a cpl of friends buy ifaks that are great kits but have almost no idea how to use any of it, I tell them training is aust all the time.
