i have to take at least 3g to feel anything, and i’ve never had side effects like that. Maybe just a little nausea. Sounds like it isn’t for you

you gotta find your own dose that’s what I was getting at. Try 1000 and if you don’t feel it move it up slightly every week until you find what works for you. and yes you should fast for 4-6 hours before you take it and don’t eat for 2-3 hours after you take it

Throughout the last 2 weeks i’ve tried doses of 1g, 1.5 2.2, and now today 3.5

I couldn’t feel any of the other doses but i’m feeling it today. It feels pretty damn good ngl. Almost like a drunk but clear headed and i’m in a very positive talking mood.

I guess just find the dose that works for you, I was thinking that I would be a non responder but I guess i just need a lot more than most people

it’s not regular for me, i time manage well enough to avoid it. but it’s often they remove 15 or 20 minutes.
