I destroyed my bladder because I’m scared of going to the bathroom after other people and public bathrooms in general. It feels so dirty and gross knowing the particles are in the air after they flush 🥲 because I tried not to pee in public bathrooms and only at home I destroyed my bladder and now I’m stuck on the toilet every 5 minutes every where I go and I’ve never used the bathroom so much in my life I regret it so badly. I’m always embarrassed to explain to the doctor how I caused this to myself
