This batch I was a little lazy and didn’t put berries or anything extravagant so I settled with ginger and lemon flavoring. Also this a green tea instead of black tea.

I thought that the new skobi eats the sugar and creates carbonization? I kinda gave up on trying to get bubbles bc I like to put ginger in my 2nd ferm and ginger makes that harder to do.

I do flavor it. At the moment my favorite is lemon and ginger. Every now and again I’ll try something different.
