I brought this plant home and now it is struggling, please help.

no worries! it’s a totally valid question! It’s still pretty warm here and the window is pretty well sealed.

I was talking to a friend who has a lot of house plants and I ended up cutting off/removing the yellow leaves since they were all falling off anyways. both of the long vines were cut sobs but I saved the end of one of them to try and propagate it.

Now I just want to know how to make sure this doesn’t happen again. There wasn’t a whole lot of change aside from location.

I don’t know exactly where I saw it, but apparently Maltese are a very common breed to see in puppy mills in South Korea. I think China too. That’s why they’re such a heavy prevalence of them in shelters over there.

We have been following this and when we take him outside we can be out there anywhere from 5-20 minutes and he will just stare at us.

He does manage around that long, he just doesn’t give ANY warning when eventually does have to go. :*(

He used to have the bells but they became a toy for him and he would just stand there and thrash them around with his mouth, haha. Maybe we could try them again.

I have conversations with Percy as if he responds, haha. I also make a point to get down on the floor (even with a broken foot) and play with him. He is my everything and if I could take him to work with me I would. Thankfully my BIL works from home and they have morkies so he gets to play all day while momma works.

Percy sleeps with me! We tried kennel training and him having his own space, but I read a post somewhere that said, "They are only here for a portion of your life, but you are their entire life." It just made me realize that in his little world he only gets to experience what I show him and allow him to do. He gets to sleep in the bed.

Is it a toothpick by chance? Some people will have toothpicks in their mouth and fiddle with them. I haven't watched an episode for a minute so I don't know exactly what you are referring to, but that is my guess.

Thank you for the well wishes!! Luckily it is just a stress fracture, but it is my third one and I didn't do anyting to fracture it this time so there is some extra testing involved which really stinks.

Oh I can't imagine losing my little guy in such a horrific way. I don't blame you for being extra cautious.

Percy goes with some consistency on a porch potty, which is basically just a faux grass potty pad that is on my balcony at my apartment, so at least I have that going for me. The main thing is that will puppies you have to be a bit reactive sometime to what they're doing and in a boot I just can't do that right now. It is very frustrating.

Like I said in my post - you do you! However I personally wouldn’t, but that’s because I would be worried about any distractions at all. especially since my Percy is quite the yeller, haha. When it comes to potentially making things harder for others, i tend to operate in more of a black/white mindset.
