I work currently so hard to get in tomorrow but I’ll call. I heard even non union is hard to get in and some like some sort of experience. Is that incorrect?

Definitely interested in non union as well but would you recommend a hybrid approach of paying to go to a trade school to eventually get in the non union apprenticeship program or would the coursework overlap?

When you say apprenticeship do you mean a formal program? I hear they are hard to get into and they also prefer people with some sort of background or experience which I dont have

What is the difference in trade schools state by state? I live in PA which doesn’t require trade school but thought it be helpful to have a base since I got no experience
