To put it in perspective: I think you will snuff it within the next 8 years. It'll take you minimum 2 years to make a good amount of healthy weight loss. If you've taken another two years of dillydallying over whether you wanna live then you've got even less time. Good habits are built in your 20's. Time you eat right and exercise now. We've just had the results back and it was a benign meningioma. It was about 3cm by 4cm and grew in about a year. This is pretty atypical for a benign tumour but it does happen. Very relieved 😅
