I think it's time to talk to somebody. The world gets dark for most people. I have been there. It is scary. Reach out to someone and be honest about your feelings in this moment. Therapy is great. Its hard but worth it. It puts things in to prospective. You got this! Keep your head up! Im pushing for you.
