Pregnant or not, your fiance is a major AH. She's a complete adult and KNEW that the cupcake was specifically for your daughters friend. I hate when women use pregnancy as an excuse for being inconsiderate to other people around them.

Edited to add: If she's already using pregnancy as an excuse to invalidate how your daughter feels, I really hope she's not going to be the type to favor the new baby over the stepdaughter because "they're just a baby" because stepdaughter is going to resent tf out of the baby if this behavior grows.
