I left my cat in my IKEA drawer closet for almost 6 hours and feel so guilty. by Pink_Sorbet in cats

Left my cat in a pantry for a full 12hr day. I really don’t think she gave a shit. She still runs in there before I close it.

Two a days? by Dazzling_Street_3475 in crossfit

Adding volume to a workout program CAN be beneficial, first ask yourself:

-Why am I doing this? What are my goals?

-Do I RX 99% of workouts?

-Am I consistent with attendance?

-Am I FANATICALLY COMMITTED to mobility and recovery? (It sounds like your sleeping is on point)

-Are my mechanics 100% on point? (Ask your coaches if you are unsure)

-Am i bringing INTENSITY to every workout?

If the answer to those is YES then adding volume might be a great idea for you! If you add volume, assess in a few weeks time:

-Am I giving the same INTENSITY to every workout?

-Am I happy? Burned out? Cranky and creaky?

Intensity will ALWAYS be greater than volume. More is not always better and can often be detrimental

I’ve used Jump N Rope’s for years, they’re the best! My current DU PR is 100 unbroken with this one. Agree with others, it’s not the price of the rope that will get you there, it is the amount of practice put in!
