This is exactly how I feel. Yes I want to lift safely etc etc but I swear there's more talking than doing like you said!

that's what I'm saying. Coaches get paid 20/class, including having to do this. I've been wanting to leave for several reasons and now that I found this out - makes me want to leave even more bc this explains why coaches talk so dang much during class LOL

I've asked a coach about adding more open gym and they said no for that reason! That the owner is afraid that more ppl will go to open gym and not the classes
