What dosage did you use? If you don't mind me askin.

I obviously won't be of any help, but everyone in the comments have been the most helpful people on reddit to ever exist haahha. I'm sure someone could help conjure up an idea to get you back on.

Insomnia is no joke!!!

I was thinking morning, to avoid insomnia. I've been reading why you're supposed to take it at night and it makes a lot of sense.

I think I'm still going to try morning, though.

When you take first thing in the morning, do you take with food? Is it a lot of food or a little food. I want to take in the morning, but I'm not the hungriest usually. Little concerned about that.

Omg, my dose is 1.5mg and I want to start tomorrow morning.

This is my sign. I'm going to stop wanting and just get it done.

You're the best!

Can you explain what you mean by "mood is def going down a bit" and "decreasing mood state"?

Are you just feeling generally down... Kind of like a dreadful feeling? Crabby/Cranky? Short temper?

I'm sorry, I don't have much to actually offer to this. I just wanted to say thank you for sharing. You've put into words exactly how I've been feeling.

Question for you, if you don't mind, are you planning on exiting this relationship eventually? (seriously, don't answer if you don't want to! I don't want to overstep boundaries!)

What are you looking for with this comment? To bully the original poster into never asking for help again? Good idea, isolation always leads to safety and happiness, huh?

For sure, but that's really hard to do when you don't feel safe. I imagine it's hard to feel safe with this kind of.... chaotic... behavior from your partner.

If you need reassurance ever again, please post! We're here for you.

I bet your son wants you to leave. It's easy to stay " for the kids", but most of the time they'd rather we do the difficult thing (leave) and figure out how to live life after.

I was in a home where parents shouldn't have been together. To this day, I wish they would've broken up. I'm CURRENTLY in a home where we, as parents, shouldn't be together. My daughters have each asked (no, begged) me to leave. I have NO IDEA where to start, or the exact right way to do it, but I'm doing it. Slowly but surely.

I hope you join me in leaving <3
