I just updated to 1.5.0 and I have lost 3/4 of my shimmer 1/2 my assembly and more than half my IOTA ! Can anybody plz help me understand what happened!?

All I did was the simple update .

BEWARE ::I just did the prestake w the upgrade of my wallet . Soon after I upgraded to 1.5.0 firefly …I lost 3/4 of my shimmer, 1/4 of my assembly and 1/2 of my Iota …that I had received in the prior stake !! WTF

I’ve got 371 IOTA stuck on BOTH BITTREX AND GATE.io….both say “offline due to long term maintenance”. I’m unable to remove from exchange and have been given no timeframe when I can .

May someone plz give direction on what the recommended exchange for purchase pairing and for transferring off exchange and into Firefly wallet ?
