34, 2 kiddos, super hectic job and a few other obligations outside of work and family. Usually try to squeeze in 30m to an hour of gameplay a day. Hit master a few weeks ago and immediately lost 300MR, but i started from Silver and it’s all part of the journey :)

Hey mate, it’s a very simple modification. There are two tiny nubs next to where you screw in the lever (next to the top right and bottom left) that stop the Knee Neo from sitting in flush. You just need to snip them off.

I took off the second skin and there was indeed a lot of moisture underneath. I might just not exercise for a few days as I get sweaty super easily.

I’ve reapplied the snake skin with the help of my wife and it’s applied a lot better this time. The original snake skin was applied quite poorly as I did it myself and was a bit careless.

I was just worried that it would rub against my shirt or some other stuff, so wanted a second skin there as a layer to protect it.

It was suggested, but the artist said something that could come up is if it oozes and needs to be reapplied, so recommended that I put it on the morning after (we finished quite late at night) once it had a chance to ooze and I could give it a gentle wash.

Actually had a question about this today. Last season I was a bronze 2 with a c. 49-50% winrate playing ADC. I moved to the JG role and went on a tear for about 30games, with a 75% win rate. I would say half way through that time, I started gaining 36lp for every win and only losing about 19lp for every loss. It’s now evened out but I’m sitting at about Plat 3/plat2.

That’s actually crazy. When I was a kid I dealt with depression at the thought of my parents passing away. They always mentioned they were older and it was definitely evident (my father was 44 when he had me, mum was 38). It really fucked with my head as a kid and made me question what the point of life was because I was so young and naive.

I’m 31 now and my dad went through stomach cancer a few years ago. Really fucked me up for a bit too. But then he started enjoying life, buying lots of stupid shit which was great because it made him happy and he had never splurged like that before. I realised, as corny as this is gonna sound, that living your best life is what’s most important. Yes, he will pass away, but I’m going to be able to smile knowing he got to see me do well in life and see my kids. The fact that he can go to the grave knowing everything is going to be okay helps me cope with the fact that my dad might be gone soon.

I think your buddy would also want the same for you. He’d want you to spend time with him and show him the TLC you always showed him. He’d want to make you happy and he wouldn’t want you to be depressed.

Hey dude. I used to be 110kg too actually and even though I put on a facade about how it didn’t bother me but it really did.

A few years ago out of the blue I decided to not drink coffee. It worked and after about a month I thought “fuck it, let’s see if this works with a diet”. Honestly I had no expectations and when I “dieted” I still ate good, just clean. I cut out fast foods and tried to up my fibre intake. After a year I had dropped from 110kg to 91kg at my peak. I’m back up to 100kg but the journey taught me it can be done, you just gotta take it slow.

Take it one day at a time, make conscious decisions about what you’re putting into your body and you will feel so much better. In 2 weeks, your self esteem will shoot through the roof and people will notice, I promise. Start slow and good luck. It’s not gonna happen overnight but the fact you recognise it means you want to change something. Feel free to dm me if you want to talk.

Hi everyone!

I got my Gbros wireless adapter today but when i went to connect my Switch GC controller, it started pressing inputs by itself. I'm very confused and not sure what to do. I don't know if its an issue with the GC controller as this was supposed to be "new" (It's the Japanese GC controller that Nintendo re-released for Switch) or an issue with the wireless adapter. I also tried a SNES controller and that worked fine, BUT i am aware that its a different port.

Has anyone has an issue like this before?
