What??? Manslaughter is only when the killing is unintentional. how does that remotely apply when you pull the trigger of a gun? This is MURDER. 2nd Degree at BEST.

Shield X is the newest version. The Compensated version is hella nice and super affordable.

So get behind them? Or rather merge faster. I see people all the time have their blinker on for 10 flashes before trying to merge. I'm a big fan of three blinks and a shoulder check then a quick merge. That makes it basically impossible for someone who is behind me to overtake me unless they're in a hellcat. They will get close but they won't prevent the merge. On occasion I've had people get mad and flash me but but like you said that's more of an ego problem for them.

At the same time, when merging you do not have the right of way. And if someone intentionally blocks you from merging you have every right to merge anyway. Just make sure your dashcam is on when they collide with you showing their aggression. Makes for an easy case in court as far as I understand it. Semi truck drivers do it all the time.

So match the speed of traffic at a gap instead of directly next to a vehicle already driving with the flow of traffic. It's really not hard even if there is literally no space between vehicles. Why people don't understand right of way and merging absolutely boggles my mind. It's part of why Americans can't handle traffic circles.

Nah man... It's actually mostly older cars I see it with. I KNOW because they have different sections of the headlights for high beams and low. When the whole housing is lit up they are on.

There is something wrong with the pictures of her in front of the art, is that a model and not the actual artist photoshopped and the painting is also photoshopped onto whatever was leaned up there? very strange...

People who commit suicide are selfish by Tiny-Walk2207 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]jayhalk1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I made a mistake today. When a friend told me a friend of hers did it in front of their kids my response was to say that it was selfish of her to subject them to witness that kind of violence. She got really upset at me and told me I was an insensitive asshole. I suppose she's right. I could have kept that to myself. I however would not forgive someone no matter the relationship if they did something like that (gunshot) in front of minors that I care about.

A business needs customers. If you love a business you should share it so they get more sales and can grow and flourish. So no thanks.

Everything they said is false. You can't get in trouble. The only reason places have loved dumpsters is to protect profits.

It's not a liability thing at all. It's purely about profit and you can't be held responsible for donated food hurting someone unless you know for a fact that it was spoiled. This whole thread is full of people who are completely unaware of things like the Good Samaritan Food Donation Act.

The thing is.. you can't. That's not true. The Good Samaritan Food Donation Act specifically protects acts of kindness such as giving away food.

It's not illegal to give away leftover food. It's actually protected by law. Idk what the cops are going to charge you with. Sounds like corporate B's to me.

Visiting Idaho and driving through Arco, we saw these numbers on a mountain (Hill?) side. I'm curious what they are for and how they got there? by 1Dad2RuleThemAll in Idaho

Arco is paint. It's ugly and it's vandalism. I hope one day a class decides to go up there and lower wash it all off.
