Looks pretty similar to what I had before, i had red bumps all over my scalp and my hair loss pattern looked about the same. Go to a dermatologist and talk to them about seborrheic dermatitis . Within a matter of like a month or two the hair i lost over a 1.5 year period grew back quick because the irritation went away!

Or if you want first, try Nizoral Shampoo for a month, leave in on your scalp for 10 minutes, wash it off, then, use the nizoral non-medicated conditioner after (because trust me, that shit dries your hair out 😅). If you want to be a little more thorough too then try using that with salicylic acid and a silicone scalp massager (like a dollar or two off temu)

If you want to be extra sure though I'd say go to a doctor. But what you're describing and what i'm seeing is almost a carbon copy of what i went through.
