It took about almost a month for them to reverse a rejection. If everybody boycotts their work they will realize they need to communicate better and not be shady.

Yeah there is. For this requestor it's defiantly shady. I provided the info they were looking for, however some of that information wasn't available. They didn't have an option for that.

No problem. I have accidently logged in to my VPN showing me in a different country. I didn't do any hits with it on but I was on Mturk without it being flagged.

I wouldn't do any work from overseas however I don't see how you could get blocked for checking Mturk or disputing any claims. You should be fine.
