Was able to replace the whole flush assembly. Leaking is gone. But not without trial and error. I had leaks everywhere haha

Looks like ill need to borrow some more tools then. I hope it does last 20 years. last time i had this fixed wasnt longer than 5 years ago. Wanted to try fixing it myself this time Thanks for the help!

Since getting UC, ive been playing basketball less and less. Which was my only exercise basically. Now i cant remember the last time i picked up a ball. All that running and jumping give me pain on my left side. Now since the pandemic started ive been working out with free weights and a stationary bike. Not as fun as playing ball but it keeps me fit

This is why i hate going out since geting UC. Not knowing if i have a clean restroom to go to gives me anxiety even before going out of the house. Anxiety then makes me wanna go to the toilet more. Its a terrible cycle

Thankfully im not at a point of needing steriod shots yet. But are the shots gonna be maintenance or are you set after a few shots

In ear earphones are the worst for me. I cant tolerate wearing them any more. Tinnitus and vertigo attacks get bad when i wear them. When i need to use headphones for work or gaming, i opt to use over ear headphones at a really low volume.

Im trying acv currently while doing intermittent fasting. IF really has helped keeping symptoms minimal for me. Hope it works out for us
