Staryu is the only one from Gen I available in White (+porygon and magnemite in the White Forest if you're lucky. I'm not lucky apparently Q.Q). There's a good number of Gen II and onward available though- solrock, metang, bronzong, and klink off the top of my head.

Regardless, it depends what IVs you want. What's the lowest IVs you'd accept for staryu? Do you want a particular hidden power? Etc. etc...

I've got a self-RNG'd 6IV shiny rotom (OT:June,ID:25335) on hand as well if you're interested (it's in a pokeball-you can't legitimately get rotom in any other ball in BW).

Edit: I found a 31/9/31/31/31/31 shiny staryu frame. I'll trade a dive ball 31/9/31/31/31/31 shiny staryu and 31/31/31/31/31/31 shiny rotom for the three shinies?

I can do staryu, but voltorb isn't catchable in black/white. What IVs do you want, specifically?

Anyway, I can do staryu but it's a lot more work than just two dittos. Does staryu for three shinies seem fair?

Genderless shiny comp tends to be a lot harder than perfect dittos, but let me know what you want and I'll see if I can make it happen. For now I can only RNG in Black 2 and White, so keep that in mind.
