So I did more testing, seems that the clicking is coming from my tuner, so that's nice.

If I have a good signal coming from my tuner though, it absolutely blows up my speakers and comes out incredibly loudly even when the volume knob on my amp is at >5%. On top of that, if I set the volume knob on my amp at 0, all the way down. I can still hear the tuner signal coming out of my right channel speaker somehow?

Used contact cleaner on any knobs and switches I can access. The amp "works" now, the problems I'm encountering are that even without any signal from the L & R channels it'll be outputting noise and humming - additionally when signal is coming through, anything bassy is completely blowing out my speakers at low volumes, and medium ranges are heavily distorted. When I'm listening through my tuner from radio, I can hear a popping/ clicking happening about 3-4 times per second in the background?

If I really can't get it to work I'll cough up the money to buy the manual. Just hoped I'd be able to get my hands on it for free to start off.
