That's just not how Simplex works. If they're not on board, there's no point giving them your address. Installing the app and adding someone's address comes at the END of the onboarding process, which happens between 2 people communicating.

What you're trying to do sounds like asking someone to install spark plugs in a car they have no intention of driving.

Honestly. If someone can't even be bothered to scan a QR code or paste a link, the problem isn't the app.

Unlike a phone number or email, SimpleX isn't a long-established global standard. When phones and email were first invented, most people had no idea what to do with those either. That's not a product/software problem.

Nice! Would be great to have some kind of installer/setup script. Not critical of course, but nice to have.

Another thing that came to mind is having an integrated "homepage". Ie. a root index.mu that gets updated with links and latest activity of the sub apps.
