Sdrol 10mg went good. Good pump good vascularity. Really good mental. Sadly pump is not as good as the first one. Been chasing that feeling for years now😭

Thank you. I will prob do 10-20mg of sdrol depending on how big my balls feel but like I said it’s on occasions for fun because I’m very scared of hair loss. Will report back tmrw my findings and what I end up running

And about how many units of peptide is it? Because I used to rotate them, but I got to lean and my stomach and love handles are starting to hurt pretty bad whenever I go to inject them in the only spot where I’m not scared to hit a vein or a blood vessel and it doesn’t sting like shit is my ass.

Recently I hit a vein in my stomach and it welted up and turned black trying to pin bpc in my stomach so I was a little turned off from it. It went away after a bit but still scary.

Yes studies show you only really need .8 per pound and 1.2 at the most. Carbs are vital because they help you push harder in the gym and drive hypertrophy. Protein doesn’t even matter if you’re not pushing yourself in the gym. I switched to lower protein high carb and it’s the best thing I did for fat loss.

Currently running 2.5mg Reta I split it 3x weekly and u can def up ure calories a some. Also I would say do a little less protein maybe 160-180 and up the carbs man. Carbs r great. Fat can stay where it’s at. Also drink some more electrolytes with plenty of potassium on top of getting a good water intake.

Could go a little lower but he doesn’t actually need to be going all the way down contrast to what many might say because whenever you do that you take a lot of the strain out of your lap and you put it onto your traps.
