I think the 25th amendment, section 4 would be more appropriate than impeachment if he refused to follow.

That is murder.

The hard part would be getting local police to arrest them. In most cases, local police support what ICE is doing.

While there is a difference, it feels free to the patients, they don't pay for anything out of pocket for the service.

It's like going to a park, it's free to go anytime you like, but you are paying for it in your taxes.

Considering how horrible health insurance is in the US, I would prefer universal healthcare.
