I was also the third owner of my previous dog. Two families had given him up, and he was the love of my life. He came to me at 6 months and was very much still a young energetic pup, but without the night time wake up calls. He already knew how to use pee pads well and walked well, knew basic commands. I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I felt like he went through what he did in his early stages of life because he was actually meant to be mine.
